The room was lovely and had a safe, coffee/tea making facilities, and a comfortable sitting area; the accommodation was conveniently situated close to the Mall, bus stop, and main market.

Nice hotel, professional staff, particularly GOOD location near the bus stop. Location just next door to a peaceful area, the main market, and the restaurant daily. Again, 10 minutes walk from Peterhoff.

The rooms were tidy, the staff were amicable. Particularly good views from the window. Favourable location relatively close to Himalayan Bird Park.

I had an amazing stay with amazing views and friendly staff. The hotel is located away from the main market but is conveniently near the bus stop, making transportation hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious Himachali, Indian, and Continental cuisine. The hospitality was great, and the staff was always ready to assist.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, providing glorious views of the surrounding valley. The staff went above and beyond with their customer service, making my stay truly enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was exceptional, with prompt and friendly service.

I had an excellent stay at a beautiful resort with great hospitality and attention to detail. The location was convenient, right next to the new bus stand. The staff, especially Vipul at the restaurant and Kritika and Monika at the front desk, made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I was really surprised by a delicious dessert waiting for me in my room every day. The food was great and the view from the hotel was fine. I highly recommend this place.

The room was a little small and I wished there was more space to move around. the breakfast was served cold and it was difficult for me, as well as other guests, to get the items we requested even after multiple requests.

During our weekend stay, we were offered two complimentary desserts in the evenings which was a nice touch. the property was situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, providing a peaceful and quiet getaway. We appreciated the staff's friendly and helpful attitude towards ensuring guests had a comfortable stay.

One of the worst aspects was the remote location which didn't offer scenic views or spacious surroundings beyond the property's building. the breakfast spread only offered standard options and it was preferable to request fresh breakfast from the chef.

It's a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main market, providing a peaceful getaway. Rooms are neat and spacious, with a good view of the forest.

The approach road to the hotel needs improvement.

We enjoyed a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities fulfilled. the room advantages were exceptional with spacious and beautiful decor, and the service was outstanding with staff who were helpful and sweet. the restaurant served exceptional meals and breakfast was made all the more exceptional with pleasing and prompt service from Nikita and the team.
